Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using BookClass ("the Service"), a class booking platform operated by Geniuses Software ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

BookClass is a class booking platform available as a web application and Telegram Mini App. It allows instructors ("Studio Owners") to create studios, manage schedules, and accept bookings from clients ("Users"). The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Accounts and registration

You access BookClass through your email (web) or Telegram account (Mini App). By using the Service, you authorize us to access your user information for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. Studio owners

Studio Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their schedules, class descriptions, and any communication with their clients through the Service. We do not verify the qualifications, certifications, or identity of Studio Owners.

5. Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are between the User and the Studio Owner. We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to the arrangement between instructors and clients. Cancellation policies are set by each Studio Owner.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the broadcast feature
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Payments

BookClass uses the TON Blockchain for payments. All payments are made in TON or USDT (on TON) via TON Connect SDK.

• Platform fee: A commission is deducted from each paid booking. The fee is disclosed to Studio Owners in their settings and revenue dashboard.
• Settlements: Net earnings (after commission) are settled to the Studio Owner's connected TON wallet by the platform administrator.
• No refunds: Payments for booked classes are non-refundable. Cancelling a booking does not trigger an automatic refund. Refund disputes should be resolved directly between the User and the Studio Owner.

8. Class packages

Studio Owners may offer class packages (fixed number of classes or unlimited classes for a set period). Package terms:

• Packages are non-refundable once purchased
• Fixed class packages expire when all credits are used or when the expiry period ends, whichever comes first
• Unlimited packages expire at the end of the validity period
• Unused credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Packages are not automatically renewed

9. Google Calendar integration

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize BookClass to read and write calendar events on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time from the admin panel. We do not access any other Google services.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Geniuses Software. Studio Owners retain ownership of their content (studio names, descriptions, messages).

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of scheduling, or delivery of notifications.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geniuses Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed bookings, scheduling errors, or lost data.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Studio Owners may deactivate their studios at any time.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
